Tim Couper is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in various roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Technical Standards Architect at 1EdTech Consortium since May 2023, Tim previously held the position of Chief Technical Officer at Signature Learning and Development Inc from October 2016 to May 2023, leading strategic and operational initiatives within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Tim's experience also includes a tenure as Technical Director at Britannic Technologies, where oversight of a large team and the delivery of network solutions to numerous UK enterprises were key responsibilities.
