Inga Levinskiene has over 18 years of work experience. Inga began their career in 2003 as a Program Manager for the International Republican Institute. In 2008, they moved to UAB "EIP Kaunas" as an Assistant Project Manager. In 2016, they became a Project Manager and Prince2® at UAB "Eurointegracijos projektai". In 2021, they took on the role of Expert at Alytus Regional Development Council and Project Manager at Companial (formerly known as 1ClickFactory).

Inga Levinskiene holds a Master's degree in International and Intercultural Communication from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, which they obtained between 2003 and 2005. Inga also holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Vytautas Magnus University, which they obtained between 1999 and 2003. Additionally, Inga has obtained a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in April 2022, a PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2019, and an Atrask Technologijas certification from Women Go Tech.
