Christine Cody is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Associate Judge at the 18th Judicial Circuit Court since September 2017. Prior to this role, Christine held positions as a Criminal Defense Attorney at The Law Offices of Rohde and Cody, P.C. from August 2011 to September 2017 and at Of Counsel - The Rohde Law Office from June 2006 to August 2011. Additionally, Christine worked as a Criminal Defense Attorney at Cody, Mitacek, & Rohde, P.C. from June 1999 to June 2006 and served as an Assistant State's Attorney for DuPage County from July 1995 to June 1999. Christine also contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at the College of DuPage from May 2008 to December 2011. Christine holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Literature from Purdue University.
