Courtnay Caren has extensive experience in various management and administrative roles, primarily in the healthcare and insurance sectors. Currently, Courtnay serves as a Customer Relationship Manager and has previously held positions including Resourcing Manager for Endoscopy and Lead Clinical Coordinator for Surgery at 18 Week Support since February 2021. Prior experience encompasses a role as Clinical Governance Officer at NHS Welsh Blood Service, Underwriter at Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited, and Back Office Administrator/Office Manager at eToroX, among others. Courtnay began a career in care coordination with CRG and has a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of South Wales.
