Elvis Bektasha possesses extensive experience in operations and digital marketing management, currently serving as Operations Manager and Digital Marketing Manager at 160 Driving Academy since December 2018. Prior to this, Elvis held roles at Media Union - Monitor Research Center, including Head of Communication Development and Market Research Manager, where responsibilities encompassed strategic communication and market research project leadership. Earlier experience includes leading the quantitative research unit at IDRA Research & Consulting. Elvis holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the Faculty of Philology, University of Tirana, completed in 2017, and a high school diploma from Arben Broci' High School, obtained in 2007.
