Brad Alexander has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Brad is currently serving as the Director of Culinary Operations, Catering & Events at 16 On Center since October 2021. Previously, they held the role of Corporate Executive Chef & Head of Culinary at Foxtrot Ventures from February 2018 to November 2020. Brad also worked as the VP of Culinary at Left Coast Food + Juice from January 2016 to March 2018. Before that, Brad served as the Executive Chef at The Goddess Restaurant Group from July 2013 to December 2014 and as the Executive Chef Partner at Bel 50 from November 2012 to June 2013. Brad gained experience as an Executive Chef at Restaurants America from January 2010 to December 2012. Earlier in their career, Brad worked as a Chef at Rosebud Restaurants from July 2007 to October 2009 and as a Kitchen Manager at Outback Steakhouse Inc from November 2005 to May 2007.

Brad Alexander has a degree in Culinary Arts from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. Brad also studied Administrative Information Systems at Eastern Illinois University.
