Lisa Mallon is currently the VP of Operations and Training at 16 Handles since 2011. Before that, Lisa worked at My Gym Children's Fitness Center from 2000 to 2010, holding various roles such as Director of Training and Support, Executive Director of the My Gym Challenged America Foundation, and Area Developer/Owner in Fairfield County. Prior to their time at My Gym, Lisa was the Human Resources Director at Takashimaya Group from 1993 to 1995. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Labor Relations from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations and Marketing from Syracuse University.
