Saumya Jain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product strategy and operations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product Strategy & Operations at 15Five since July 2022, Saumya oversees corporate strategy, product strategy, corporate development, and product analytics. Prior to this role, Saumya held several positions at Pluralsight from July 2018, including Sr. Director of Strategy and Operations and Sr. Manager of Corporate Strategy and M&A, successfully leading the acquisition of GitPrime in May 2019. Saumya's career also includes establishing and managing JLJ Concept School as CEO & Founder from 2008 to 2016, where operational oversight spanned finance, marketing, and product development. Saumya's educational foundation includes a Bachelors and Masters in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and an MBA in Strategy, Business Analytics, and Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School.
