James Sanders is an experienced technology professional with a focus on infrastructure security and development operations. As the Director of Infrasec & Development Operations at 15Five since October 2019, James contributes to improving manager effectiveness and enhancing employee engagement through holistic performance management solutions. Prior to this role, significant experience was gained at ID Analytics as a Senior Principal Site Reliability Engineer, where James developed frameworks for service management and trained teams on container orchestration with Kubernetes. James started the career at Solar Turbines and gained substantial expertise in server administration, process design, and automation. Educational background includes a degree in Information Systems Security from ITT Technical Institute-San Diego.
