Noah Rathburn is a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Hydrus.ai, where the focus is on providing a software platform for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) analytics that aids sustainability efforts. Additionally, Noah serves as a Scholar in Residence at 1517 Fund. Previous experience includes roles as a Finance Analyst at SOS International LLC, where responsibilities included managing government invoicing for a Department of Justice contract and implementing digital transformation initiatives, as well as interning at the Department of Justice, handling invoices and communications with interpreters. Noah also has entrepreneurial experience from Startup Shell, founding YaloStay, Inc., and has contributed as a student volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. Educational background includes a degree from the University of Maryland, complemented by earlier studies at Thomas Sprigg Wootton High School.
