Lim Jwee Yie currently serves as a Programme Associate at 1337 Ventures, where responsibilities include designing and managing startup accelerator programmes and developing a portfolio management system for investee companies. Previously, Lim was the Country Manager for Organization Development at AIESEC in Malaysia, leading efforts to enhance organizational performance and implement change management strategies. Additionally, Lim gained experience as a Research and Development Intern at JB Cocoa, where involvement included initiating research projects on cocoa powder products and collaborating across departments for product development. Lim holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Universiti Putra Malaysia, earned in 2020.
