Matt Gees currently serves as a Radio Host for ARN, presenting weekday afternoons on 4BU 1332AM since April 2024. With a diverse background in broadcasting, Matt has previously worked at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) as a Program Maker for Saturday Breakfast and held various roles at Vision Christian Media, including News Presenter/Producer and Presenter/Producer. Other significant experience includes roles as an Audio Visual/Administration Officer and Community Engagement Officer at Bundaberg Christian College, a Project Officer for Disaster Relief and Recovery, and positions within the Uniting Church as a Student Minister. Matt's early career involved technical work with Radioactive Entertainments and ABC Wide Bay. Matt holds multiple degrees in Theology and related fields, along with a Certificate IV in Pastoral Care. Additionally, ongoing education includes a Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
