Keila Akers is an accomplished Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in various roles within customer support and implementation. Currently working at 12twenty since July 2023, Keila previously held multiple positions at Canopy, including Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Senior Implementation Specialist, from October 2018 to June 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as Patient Registration Coordinator at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and Drill Coach at Granite School District. Keila also worked as an Optician at Lenscrafters and as a Customer Success/Sales Representative at Doba.com. An academic background in Exercise Science culminated in a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah Valley University in 2015.
