Ravi De Silva is an experienced professional currently serving as Director of Operations in Sri Lanka at 12Guide since May 2021, following a long tenure at IFS Benelux from December 2001 to May 2021, where roles included Senior Consultant and Technical Project Coordinator. In these positions, Ravi coordinated technical teams for software development projects, conducted risk analyses, and estimated resources for customization requests. Ravi's earlier roles at IFS involved overseeing development and release management for customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and gained technical expertise in IFS software versions while programming in languages such as Centura, C#, and Java. Ravi holds a PgDip in Applied Electronics and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colombo, and completed high school at Royal College, Colombo, Sri Lanka.
