Cristina Padua has extensive experience in research and customer relationship management, currently serving as the Head of CRM and Research at 121 Group since November 2015. Prior to this role, Cristina was the Head of Research at Beacon Events from January 2006 to October 2013, where responsibilities included managing the marketing database and ensuring data integrity. Cristina began their career as a Junior Secretary at Brookdale Ltd from January 1994 to June 1997 and later served as a Customer Service Officer at TMA Ltd from July 1998 to July 1999, focusing on product inquiries and customer database maintenance. Educational background includes studies at Collegio de Dagupan/Computronix College and STI HK.
