Max Vieux is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and real estate. As a Senior System Engineer at 1199 National Benefit Fund since 1998, Max Vieux has been instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the Ivanti ITSM suite of applications, focusing on service request management and workflow customization. Previously serving as a Desktop Support Engineer Lead, Max Vieux was responsible for ensuring system reliability and providing user support for a large healthcare benefits fund.
