Tom MacPherson Le Maire has extensive experience in the beauty and wellness industry. Tom currently works as the Head of Global SPA/CLINIC & Distributors at 111SKIN. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder & Director of MACDEN Beauty Ltd, where they headed the commercial strategy and expansion of the brand. Tom also founded Future Spa & Wellness Consultancy and provided consulting services for skin care, spa, and retail brands. Additionally, they acted as the Head of Growth & Development UK/ROI for Swiss Clinic and served as an Interim Senior Key Account Manager for Aromatherapy Associates. Earlier in their career, they held various management roles at companies like BIOEFFECT, Intraceuticals, Clarins Group, and The Body Shop. Overall, Tom has demonstrated expertise in key account management, business development, brand placement, and distribution channels in the beauty industry.

Tom MacPherson Le Maire attended South Craven School from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained 4 A-Levels and 10 GCSEs. Tom then pursued higher education at the University of Bradford from 2000 to 2006, where they earned a degree in French with a focus on Counselling & Psychotherapy.
