Crystal Sim has a strong background in graphic design and creative roles. Crystal began their career as a Graphic Designer at Versa Creative Group in 2013 and was promoted to Senior Graphic Designer in 2014. Crystal then moved on to Baylor Genetics in 2017, where they worked as a Visual Designer. In 2019, Crystal joined iland Cloud as a Senior Graphic Designer and worked there until 2022. Currently, they are employed as the Creative Director at 11:11 SYSTEMS.

Crystal Sim earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Communications from the University of Houston, graduating in 2013.
