Kim Wallace possesses extensive experience in operations management within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at 110 Grill since July 2017, Kim previously held the position of Director of Operations. Prior to this role, Kim dedicated over two decades to Chili's, starting in March 1994 and concluding in July 2017, where the position of Area Director was held. Kim's leadership and operational expertise have contributed significantly to organizational success.
