Iza Pałyska has a diverse work experience in the field of 3D art and graphic design. Iza is currently working as a 3D Generalist at 11 bit studios S.A., starting in July 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Junior 3D Generalist at the same company from September 2022 to July 2023. Before joining 11 bit studios S.A., Iza worked as a 3D Artist at VARSAV Game Studios S.A. from February 2021 to August 2022. Iza also gained experience as a Junior 3D Artist at Pixels Interactive from November 2020 to January 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Cherrypick Games from April 2019 to October 2020. Iza'sprofessional journey began at JELLINEK Digital Marketing Agency, where they worked as a Computer Graphics Designer from December 2017 to March 2019.

Iza Pałyska completed their education in the field of computer graphics. Iza obtained their Bachelor's degree (Lic.) in computer graphics from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki Stosowanej i Zarządzania WIT w Warszawie in the years 2016 to 2019. Following their Bachelor's degree, they pursued further education at the same institution and obtained their Master's degree (Mgr.) in computer graphics from 2019 to 2021.
