Damian Jaśkowski has vast work experience in various roles related to the Chinese market. Damian is currently working as the Chinese Market Senior PR Manager at 11 bit studios S.A. since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Techland as a Consultant for the Chinese market starting from April 2019. Damian also served as the Coordinator for the Chinese market at Indie Games Poland Foundation, starting from January 2021.

Damian has also gained experience at the Polish Institute - Cultural Department of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Beijing, where they held multiple positions. Damian worked as the Program Department Manager from April 2019 to December 2020, as a Program Specialist from January 2017 to December 2020, and as an Intern from October to December 2016. Damian also worked as an Assistant to the Management at the Confucius Institute at the University of Gdańsk from September 2015 to July 2016.

Damian Jaśkowski pursued their education from 2013 to 2016 at Uniwersytet Nauk Politycznych Młodzieży Chińskiej, where they earned a Magister (Mgr) degree in Gospodarka światowa, focusing on the global economy.
