Tim Wijne has a diverse work experience in the field of advertising and data technology. Tim currently holds the position of Head of Advertising at 10XCREW, a role they began in April 2021. Prior to this, Tim worked at ING as a Digital Media & Data Expert from October 2018 to February 2021. In this role, they provided consultancy to ING marketeers on the digital media strategy for their products and was responsible for advertising technology and data. Before joining ING, Tim worked at Greenhouse Group BV, where they held various roles including Data Technologist, Programmatic Video Strategist, Team Lead Programmatic Buying, and Programmatic Buying Specialist. During their time at Greenhouse Group BV, Tim worked on consulting clients on their data strategy, bridging the gap between TV and online video, educating and training new employees in programmatic advertising, and setting up and optimizing programmatic buying campaigns for major advertisers in the Netherlands.
Tim Wijne has a strong educational background in psychology and economics. Tim obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economic Psychology from Tilburg University in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology & Society from the same university in 2011. Tim's educational journey began at Heerbeeck College, where they completed their VWO degree with a focus on Profile: Economics & Society from 2002 to 2008.
In addition to their formal education, Tim Wijne has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. In 2016, they earned the AppNexus Platform Certificate: Buy-Side Essentials from AppNexus. Tim has also obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification in 2018 and the Google Adwords - Fundamentals and Google Adwords - Advanced Display certifications in 2014 from Google. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to staying updated with the latest knowledge and tools in the field.
