Katy previously ran their own HR consultancy business and has extensive experience in HR transformation and employee experience strategy. Katy has a background in well-being initiatives and has worked with companies like Jaguar Land Rover, Barclays, and Volkswagen. Katy holds a Bsc in Managerial Studies, a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic HRM, and certifications in project management and nutrition coaching.
