Nicholas Andre is an experienced Information Security Engineer currently employed at 10x Genomics since February 2021. Prior to this role, Nicholas served as a Software Engineer at Google from January 2018 to January 2021 and as a Software Development Engineer at Microsoft from August 2016 to December 2017. Nicholas also has a background in leadership as President of Boston AV Productions from April 2013 to June 2016. Earlier experience includes internship positions at Microsoft, GE Intelligent Platforms, EditShare, Cartera Commerce, and Care.com, with roles ranging from Software Development Intern to Operations Intern. Nicholas holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field from Tufts University, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, Nicholas has taught robotics and programming to students in grades 6 through 12 at Belmont Hill School.
