Crystal Islam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and organizational strategy. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning Development at 10x Genomics since January 2022, Crystal manages the design and implementation of leadership development programs while establishing talent development strategies. Prior to this role, Crystal held various positions at Standard Chartered Bank from 2015 to 2021, including Diversity and Inclusion Project Manager and People Capability Delivery Specialist, where significant contributions were made to cultural enablement and D&I strategies. Earlier experience includes a role at Goldman Sachs, supporting diversity training initiatives. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Business Management from the University of Rhode Island.
