Adeline Leong currently serves as the APAC Customer Service Manager and previously held the role of Customer Service Team Lead at 10x Genomics since December 2020. With extensive experience in order management and customer service, Adeline worked at Broadcom Inc. from March 2010 to April 2020, where roles included Sup, Order Operations and Order Management Team Lead during the acquisition of Symantec and Blue Coat. Prior roles include Order Management Controller at Harris Stratex Networks and Logistics Executive at Fujitsu Business Technologies Asia Pacific. Adeline began a career in customer service as a Senior Customer Service Executive at MediaGate Pte Ltd and held various customer service positions at BAX Global, INTERNATIONAL PRESS SOFTCOM LIMITED, and other organizations. Adeline holds a Diploma in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, acquired between 1994 and 1997.
