An avid creative, Rachael has always been a believer in the power of storytelling. She loves that UX puts her at the cross-section of user empathy and brand personality, challenging her to constantly ideate on innovative ways to enhance the web experience for all walks of life.
With both agency and in-house experience, sheās worked with a variety of clients and companies, including nonprofits, travel, education, and SaaS. She has years of experience bringing brands to life through human-centered design and effective storytelling techniques.
Rachael discovered her passion for combining compelling content and expressive design early on. In addition to receiving a Bachelor of Science in photojournalism from Boston University, she spent a semester polishing her interview techniques on staff at a music magazine in London, England as part of a work-study program. Her varied background in communications has been instrumental in helping her develop collaborative partnerships and bring brands to life over the course of her career.
