Matt Gvazdinskas is an experienced professional with a diverse work background. Matt is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at 10K, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Flux Capacity from August 2019 to July 2022.

Before their role at Flux Capacity, Matt was the President and Co-founder of Conversive Cloud Solutions from February 2018 to December 2021. At Conversive, they focused on building integrity and expertise in consulting services.

From July 2011 to February 2018, Matt worked at ZirMed as the Director of the Salesforce.com Platform Team. In this role, they managed the Salesforce.com CRM platform, customer portal, and corporate intranet. Matt also led a team of technical architects, admins, and offshore development.

Matt's earlier career spans various roles and companies, including Engagement Manager at Appirio for a brief period in 2011, Director of Engagements at Infowelders from December 2006 to March 2011, and Account Executive at CIBA Vision from 2004 to 2006.

Prior to that, they served as the Sales Director at Albanese Consulting, Inc. from April 2001 to April 2005. During this time, they launched commercial software applications in both private and public sectors, focusing on Microsoft web app and client/server consulting.

Matt started their career as a Midwest Region Account Executive at Diligenz in August 1999, and later worked as an Account Representative at R.H. Donnelley (DonTech) from December 1997 to August 1999.

Matt Gvazdinskas attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1993 to 1997. Matt completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship.
