Susan Thomas is the CEO of 10Fold Comm, a prominent privately held communications agency in the Greater Bay Area since March 1995. Under Susan's leadership, 10Fold has been recognized as one of the top 10 agencies to work for in the United States and has received prestigious awards such as the Silver Anvil from PRSA, the Hermes Creative Award, and Bulldog's best campaign in the last three years. Prior to this role, Susan served as PR Manager at Sybase, Inc. from 1992 to 1993, where responsibilities included managing public relations for key products. Additionally, Susan was the PR Manager at Memorex Telex from 1985 to 1992, successfully enhancing analyst relations and public relations across four core divisions. Susan holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Tulsa and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Emporia State University.
