Rachel Perry is an experienced operations and marketing professional with a diverse background in hospitality and event management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at 100x Hospitality, Rachel has previously held key roles such as Vice President of Operations and Experience at Encore Drive-In Nights and Director of Growth & Account Management at Encore Live. Rachel's extensive experience at Encore Live also included positions in marketing and executive support. Earlier in the career, Rachel contributed to Remington Hotels and Winston Retail Solutions, honing skills in event management, vendor coordination, and team training. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
