Gizem Berfim BALKAY serves as an Export Manager at BAYSTEEL DEMİR ÇELİK SAN. VE DIŞ TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. since March 2023 and continues to contribute as a Representative at 100sClub since May 2021. Previously, Gizem held various roles at MERT METAL from August 2021 to March 2023, including Export Manager, Accountant, Finance Responsible, and Sales Representative, gaining extensive experience in multiple areas before advancing in export management. Additionally, Gizem worked as a Finance Officer at Happy Inn from July 2022 to March 2023. In academic pursuits, Gizem obtained a Bachelor's degree in İktisat from Karadeniz Technical University and is currently pursuing a second Bachelor's degree in İş sağlığı ve güvenliği at Istanbul University, set to complete in June 2025. Furthermore, Gizem has contributed to SEDS Gebze Teknik Üniversitesi Öğrenci Topluluğu\GTÜ Fizik as a Sponsorship Officer since February 2021.
