Dilara K. currently serves as Group Legal Counsel for EMEA at The Weir Group PLC since September 2023. Previously, Dilara held the position of Corporate Counsel at OMA from June 2017 to July 2022, contributing to a leading international practice in architecture and urbanism. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Somay Law Firm, a prominent Turkish law firm, from January 2015 to May 2017, and as a Trainee Lawyer in the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Department at DLA Piper from September 2013 to September 2014. Dilara also gained experience as a summer intern at Baker & McKenzie and Herguner Bilgen Ozeke Attorney Partnership in 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Private Law from Galatasaray Üniversitesi (2016-2019) and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from both University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne (2012-2013) and Galatasaray Üniversitesi (2008-2013).
