Elodie Bailly is an experienced professional in social and urban development, currently serving as Responsable Développement Social at 1001 Vies Habitat since October 2018. In this role, Elodie manages a team focused on social development policies and urban mediation, emphasizing residential pathways and support for individuals facing financial difficulties. Previous positions include Chargé de mission Développement Social et Urbain at Coopération et Famille from October 2013 to October 2018, and Chargée de mission Politique de la Ville at Communauté d’Agglomération du Val d’Orge from November 2011 to October 2013.
