Dave Ginolfi currently serves as the Sports Moto Marketing Manager and Marketing & Event Specialist at 100% since April 2022. Prior to this role, Dave gained extensive experience as a Motocross Coach at DGMX starting in January 2003. From September 2015 until April 2022, Dave worked at Scott Sports SA (USA) in various capacities including Sales & Marketing Associate, Motosports Marketing & Grassroots Development, Athlete and Marketing Coordinator, and Athlete Support Coordinator. Additionally, Dave was a self-employed motocross athlete from January 2000 to September 2015, showcasing a longstanding commitment to the sport.
