Mars Olsen Viaud is an experienced hospitality professional with a background in concierge services and luggage handling. Currently serving as a Junior Concierge at The Landmark London since May 2022, Mars has previously contributed to the pre-opening teams at Pan Pacific London as a Luggage Porter and Nobu Hotel London Portman Square as a Night Luggage Porter/Receptionist. Prior experience includes a position as a Luggage Porter at The Landmark London from July 2019 to July 2020. Mars holds a BTEC Level 3 degree in Travel and Tourism from Newham Sixth Form College, completed in July 2020.
