Jodie H. has a diverse work experience starting in 1999 as a Distribution & Inventory Control Analyst at Grote Industries, LLC. From 2009 to 2011, Jodie worked as a Content Delivery Manager at Phase 4 Films (now Eone Films), where they were responsible for digital delivery preparations, dubbing negotiations, and documentation collection. Jodie then transitioned to the role of Production Manager at Phase 4 Films from 2011 to 2014, focusing on critical path management, schedule maintenance, risk management, and process improvement. In 2014, Jodie became a Program Manager at DIYkids, overseeing recruitment, project management, financials, and database management. Jodie then worked as a Recruitment Manager & Business Development at Nannies on Call from 2016 to 2018, where they managed recruitment and training processes. Most recently, Jodie has been with 1-800-GOT-JUNK? since 2019, initially as a Manager - People & Recruiting, then as a Senior Manager - Learning, Development, and Recruitment, and currently as the Director - People & Culture.

Jodie H. attended CMC Workshops and obtained a Certificate in Critical Thinking in 2016. Prior to that, they also attended CMC Workshops and studied Project Management and multi-projects until 2010. In 1998-1999, they attended George Brown College and studied Sociology. Additionally, they attended the Toronto School of Business and studied MCBA in 1996. Jodie's earliest documented education was at Confederation College, but the field of study is unknown.
