Carol Li currently serves as the Senior Director of Enterprise Analytics at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. since April 2018, having previously held roles including Director of Enterprise BI at the same company. Prior to this, Carol worked at Bowlero Corporation as the Director of Ecommerce, CRM & Analytics and at Gilt Groupe as the Director of Customer Lifecycle Analytics. Previous experience includes positions as Sr. Statistical Manager at Direct Brands, Inc., Statistical Consultant at Experian, and Manager at Digitas. Carol began a career in analytics as a Statistical Analyst at JPMorgan Chase from 2001 to 2006. Carol holds a BA/MA in Applied Mathematics from Hunter College.
