Benjamin Davis, CCP, PHR, serves as the Sr. Manager of Compensation & Benefits at 1-800 CONTACTS since November 2016, previously holding the position of Compensation & Analytics Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Red Robin as Manager of Compensation and Senior Compensation Analyst, where Benjamin led the implementation of Workday and developed corporate salary structures. Prior positions also include Compensation Analyst roles at Dish Network and Cracker Barrel, where Benjamin focused on organizational structure and job analysis. Earlier experience spans positions at the Center for Organizational and Human Resources Effectiveness and various educational institutions, enhancing expertise in employee surveys and training effectiveness. Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
