Jordi Benito is the founder and director of 080 Real Estate, a consultancy specializing in the advising and intermediation of residential properties, commercial spaces, and buildings in Barcelona, Cerdanya, and the Costa Brava since March 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a wealth manager at Q RENTA A V SA and as the commercial director of residential properties at BUSQUETS GALVEZ, focusing on luxury real estate transactions in Barcelona. Additionally, Jordi co-founded Optima Patrimonios, providing financial and investment advice. Earlier roles include a managerial position at Banco Mediolanum, where oversight of a sales team led to the highest sales average in Spain. Jordi holds a degree in Economics from Universitat de Barcelona and further qualifications including LCCI in Real Estate Credit Law and membership with EFPA España as a European Investment Practitioner.
