Mònica Martà de Pedro has worked in the Human Resources field since 2011. Mònica began their career as an HR Trainee at ManpowerGroup, where they were involved in recruitment consulting and employment contracts. In 2013, they moved to CEPTA as an HR Trainee and then to SIMON in 2015 in the same role. That same year, they joined DABA as an HR Generalist. In 2016, they began working at Privalia as a People Business Partner, where they were responsible for working with stakeholders in target process definition, managing recruitment to attract Tech Talent, and onboarding and internal assessment of newbies. In 2019, they joined ManoMano España as a People Business Partner, where they were responsible for setting up a French subsidiary in Spain from scratch and establishing HR legal bases. Most recently, they have been employed as a People Business Partner at 011h, where they are focused on construction and technology administration and legal bases, scaling up an organization, and developing a talent attraction and retention strategy.
Mònica Martà de Pedro has a diverse education history. Mònica completed a High School degree at IES Narcis Oller in 2006-2008, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Universitat Rovira i Virgili from 2008-2013, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Malta from 2011-2012, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2014-2015, a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at EAE Business School from 2012-2014, and a Master's degree in Coaching at UPF Barcelona School of Management from 2020-2021. Additionally, they obtained a Monitor/a de Lleure Infantil i Juvenil certification from the Generalitat de Catalunya in September 2010 and an ADVANCED Certificate from ESOL examinations.
