Tao Yu is a technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Currently serving as Co-Founder at 01.AI since May 2023, Tao Yu focuses on LLM training and scalable alignment. Previous roles include GGV Fellows at GGV Capital and Technical Director & Researcher at Meituan, where exceptional contributions were made to the development of LLM and multimodal platforms. As Co-Founder and CTO at Akool and a Technical Lead at Google, Tao Yu played a key role in advancing deep learning technologies and enhancing products like Google Assistant. Tao Yu's educational background includes a Master of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University.
