Soren Hojfeldt Lund is a Technical Advisor at Zymtronix. Soren has previously worked as a Head of Strategic Growth at Novozymes, where they were responsible for collaborating with companies in the Food and Beverage industry in the Americas to develop a deep understanding of business drivers, needs and decision structure. Soren has also worked as a Mimetics and as a Muxima Insights, L.L.C.

Soren Hojfeldt Lund has a Masters in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, as well as a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. Soren also attended Th Langs Gymnasium, though it is unclear if they received a degree from there.
