Prashant Waman is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in cloud security and technology management. Currently serving as Director of Cloud Security at Zycus since November 2022, Prashant focuses on security assessment and governance across AWS and Azure environments, implementing security controls and processes to enhance operational excellence. Previously, as a Senior Security Engineer at Rent The Runway, Prashant led a comprehensive cloud security program, while at EY, Prashant conducted audits and developed security frameworks for major telecom clients. Prashant also held roles in product management and software engineering at Quick Heal, contributing significantly to the development of network security products. Prashant holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
