Henrike Bauer serves as the Head of Innovation Management Cooking & Serving at ZWILLING J.A. Henrike previously held the position of Head of Innovation Management Kitchen Accessories, managing products such as Flatware and Kitchen Gadgets. Prior experience includes roles at BRITA Group as Senior Product Manager and International Product Manager, where Henrike launched innovative water filtration products and managed marketing strategies. Early career experience includes positions at Bauerfeind AG and Morrison Miller Associates, supplemented by a Diplom-Kff. in International Business from the International School of Management, Germany, and additional studies at St. Mary's University and OMNES Education.
