Paul Rice is the Security and Privacy Legal Director at ZwillGen PLLC, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Paul served as the Assistant General Counsel for Information Security and Privacy at OCC - The Options Clearing Corporation from March 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities focused on enterprise-wide data, privacy, and security legal matters. Prior to that, Paul worked at Discover Financial Services from January 2007 to March 2019 in various roles including Counsel and Legal Risk Manager, advising on information security laws and compliance initiatives. Earlier in Paul's career, roles included Sr. Security Engineer at Denmac Systems LLC and Security Consultant at eForce, with an educational background that includes a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and an A.B. in Biology from the University of Chicago.
