Anastacia Strots is a Neurographic Art Coach at Astroneurographer since March 2024, building on a robust 16-year foundation in health coaching. Currently serving as a Bartender/Bar Manager at Zweli's INC, Anastacia previously held the position of Bar Lead at Nikos-Durham. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Manager at Temporary Wall Systems Durham-Chapel Hill and Off-Premise Wine and Spirits Educator at Hart Agency, where hospitality expertise and product education were key responsibilities. Anastacia has also worked as a Showroom Sales Supervisor at Tonal and has extensive experience as a Personal Trainer, specializing in flexibility, mobility, injury prevention, and integrated movement across various fitness centers. Educational background includes an Extension Diploma in Voice Performance from Mannes College of Music and a 200-hour CYT certification from Sivananda Ashram Yoga Farm, along with a Personal Training Certification from NCSF.
