Bill Billbrough serves as CIO at Purple Communications, Inc., ZVRS, and Function-AI, contributing to innovative communication services for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. Previously, Bill held various senior roles at EarthLink, including Chief Security Officer and multiple Vice President positions, where responsibilities encompassed IT infrastructure, software development, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Bill's earlier experience includes leadership roles in consulting services and technology engineering at APAC Customer Services, Technology Solutions, and Ryder System, Inc. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University and completed an Executive Leadership Program at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
