Saritha Menon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Retail Operations and Head of Operations Performance at Zurich Insurance since February 2010, Saritha is responsible for overseeing operational functions and enhancing customer-centric processes within the corporate governance framework. Prior to Zurich Insurance, Saritha held the position of Head of Underwriting Services (Middle East) at Citibank in Bahrain from 2003 to 2010 and served as an Operations and Service Executive. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Underwriter Assistant at Citibank and a Call Center Specialist at eFunds International India Private Limited from 1999 to 2003. Saritha's educational background includes studies at Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University and The Indian School in Bahrain.
