Sally Henderson MCIPD possesses extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Group Head of Talent and Global HR Business Partnering at Zurich Insurance since January 2002. In various leadership roles, including Global Head of Talent Management and Head HR Business Partner for EMEA, Sally has driven talent management strategies and supported business performance across multiple regions and functions. In addition to current responsibilities at Zurich, Sally serves as a Non-Executive Director of the Pensions Trustee Board for Zurich Financial Services UK. Earlier career experience includes a Human Resources Officer position at Kohler Co. and participation in the Caradon Plc. Graduate Management Programme. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of the West of England and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
