Lukas Aron is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as Technology Leader at Zurich Insurance since July 2024, Lukas previously held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Archa, where responsibilities included transitioning the company from startup to scale-up and establishing critical processes. Previous positions include Senior Software Engineer at BCG Digital Ventures, Team Leader at Converting Ads s.r.o., and various software development roles across different companies. Lukas holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science and Engineering, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Brno University of Technology.
